Bad service delivery by Prime meridian direct
I was involved on an accident I submitted a claim to fix my car it took them a month to approve it when it was approved they decided to contribute only my accumulated premiums as they are. They did not want to fix my car secondly I received a call from TRAC they wanted me to pay the guard rails that where Damaged due to the accident they submitted a third party claim on my insurance(PMD) guess what they rejected it, for what? I regret the day I sign my contract with Prime Meridian Direct they are useless.

Your Accident Contribution Benefit is designed to contribute towards the cost of either repairing motor vehicle accident damage, alternatively to the total loss of your vehicle. At a premium of only R99.00 the benefits increase by R1000 each month that you pay your premium.
A review of your claim revealed that during the purchase call, the Tele-Assistant did a commendable job in explaining how the cover under the ACB accumulates and at the time of your accident you had accumulated R4,000.00.
