Bad Service: Claim No:CL***

Dear Iam a client of PMD and being with the since 2014 and have never claimed and being behind with my premiums:-

On the 3January2017 I was at home watching tv with my wife and my car was parked inside my hard, outside in the street neighbours kids where busy playing with fire crackers and the we heard a bang of which both myself and my wife thought its fire crackers hence some one was braking into my car, by the time I went out to park the car in the garage I realised the rear window being damaged and the BMW badge ******, immediately I called the cops and the insurance to report the incident and the insurance was closed (PMD # ********** 876 / ********** 608) and the cops came and told me that I need to go to the police station and was told to consult my insurance , The next day 04/01/2017 I called PMD and spoke to the lady by the name of Nthabiseng and she agreed with me to fix the window and send them the invoice in-order to prvent further damages, and not to fix other damages as they will refer me once the claim is approved, now they declined the claim stating that they dont fix window and dents while their sale consultant never mentioned that when I was joining in 2014, and when requested them to pay me back my premiums as they are not meeting my needs they take me from pillar to post, I ended up cancelling the insarance from end of January2017 due to their attitude of taking me for a ride, they promised that their sales department manager will call me back which this has never happen, all I need is my premiums paid to them as the dont meet any of my needs..

Hello ZakheleK,

Client service is extremely important to us and we sincerely appreciate the time you have taken to bring your concern to our attention.

We understand how disheartening it is to be subjected to a ******** act and are truly saddened to learn of the attempted theft of your vehicle.

It is certainly reasonable that you had your window repaired soon following the incident and we commend you on obtaining prior authorisation.

Our Claims Department has confirmed that they have been in contact with you regarding the outcome of your claim and have requested further proof of repairs.

Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.

Kind regards,

The PMD Team
