Bad service; Car written off but it was fixed now they refuse to solve the issue

PMD wrote off my car after it was ****** and recovered. How do you write off a car then process to get it fixed. Now the car can not be registered as it shows that it has been written off and only the insurance can resolve this issue but they are quite. Since last week I've asked them to assist but they haven't, today I called them AGAIN that's when I was told that the claim handler has left a note for me to go to the police station and sort this. Why should I go there when the traffic department has said that the insurance needs to resolve this. The are not helpful at all. Secondly when they sent my car to the panelbeater to get fixed they authorised used parts on the car. The car was in a bad state and now I have to deal with this. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this insurance at all, the service is really bad
