Bad service

I was invoved in an accident on the 08/10/2020 in an that am not fami**** with,I Immediately contacted my insurer which in this case is PMD,a tow truck was arranged and the car was sent to SMD polokwane,the following day I called trying to figure out a way forward and I was advised that it takes 15 day for the claim to be validated, each time since the claim was logged I was the one doing the calling trying to find out the progress of our claim,even after the 15 days of waiting they never called,so now today on the 31st of october they then decided to call and tell me the claim was declined due to the fact that I did not stop at a stop sign,and the road in question doesn't have any signs showing that the road is ending,Am disappointed in their service and the stress level that they cause as an insurer,And after all that,The car was taken to PMD's panel beater of their choice without approving the claim and the car was stripped and now they declined my claim and am the one who is supposed to pay R4000 for fees of the panel beaters,am stressed and I cannot even cope because of this
