Bad service at the hands of the Prime Meridian Direct or PMD

I once had an insurance with Prime Meridian Direct in 2015 for my Dodge Calibre. I was unfortunately involved in car accident in 2017. I was advised by PMD to get 3 quotes from their service providers, all of which quoted me over R70k and PMD was ready to pay only R12000.00. This was a comprehensive policy when I took it. I humbly requested them to give me that money on condition that I wouldn't come later to reclaim from them. I did this because there were panel beaters who were ready to charge me less than R5000.00! But their service providers wanted an arm and leg for that. It felt like a rip-off. I eventually discontinued with them empty handed but with a sore heart. Now, I have a distasteful feeling against them whenever I see or hear them. I cannot refer anyone to PMD, they are inhumane. My car is still unfixed since then but it is moving with those scars, a reminder of bad customer relations at PMD. I feel like I can burst into tears and extreme anger.However, God is my guide to persevere these attrocities from this firm.
