Bad service and zero loyalty
I would avoid this insurance by all cost.

We are quite surprised to learn of your dissatisfaction as your claim has been approved for the full trade value of your vehicle and the outcome communicated to you on 30 August 2018. Further the approved amount has been paid to your financier.
You will be happy to remember that with PMD, there are no excesses to pay when you claim. Furthermore, your claims history does not count against you – your premiums remain fixed for life.
