Bad Service

I've lodged my claim on the 22nd of May 2026 and submitted all the relevant documents on the same day.

The assessor approved my claim on the 2nd of June 2026. I've been in contact with the panel beaters and I was told that they are waiting for the parts which will be provided by Prime Meridian Direct. I've been consistently calling PMD for any update almost everyday.

On the 11th of June I called them again for an update and was told thereafter that the parts will be delivered to the panel beaters on the 17 June 2026.

I'm really disappointed about their service, because I dont understand why the claim took long to be processed. It has been a devastating experience since the incident occured. I yet again without a car after waiting for 3 weeks. I'm employed and I can't use my car to travel to work. I have been spending a lot money on Uber. This is such an inconvenience and what makes it worse ,PMD haven't been contacting me about the progress of my claim. I'm the only party who is engaging with them on this matter. I really wouldn't recommend PMD to anyone. It is the worse insurance company ever. I have kids that I take to school on a daily basis, due to my current I'm now obligated to use other means of transportation at a higher cost.

Regards Hangfela
