BAD SERVICE
I am insured with PMD, all premiums which I have paid and sent proof of were not allocated which they have not even told me why.
I have been calling them for over a week as I'm not covered now and I want to sort the issue out.
1. The manager is unavailable everyday to assist, 2. My calls are dropped each time I call I have no faith in PMD - I dont know what to do.

25 Mar 2024, 09:10Hello Nkuli N
Thank you for your post. We value all feedback as we continuously strive to improve our service.
Our foremost objective is always to treat our policyholders fairly. Part of this ethos is ensuring thoroughness and quality in all our interactions.
Our Market Conduct Team will be in contact with you and provide you with comprehensive feedback on your concerns about your premiums.
We are pleased to re-confirm that unlike with many other insurers, with PMD the excess payable when you claim under comprehensive cover reduces to absolute zero - and in a remarkably short period of time.
Assuring you of our best continued endeavours on your behalf.
Kind Regards,
The PMD Team
