Bad service

I have the most terrible experience from PMD after 7 years with them. i had 3 cars insured with them but the level of treatment and service was SHOCKING!! PMD is refusing to pay for my car which was insured with them for 7years and they have never paid for any single claim that i have sent to them. They approve your claim based on what you say not what the law says/investigation.my car was towed by a private towing to their own premises which charges R200 per day storage, i then received a call from PMD advising me that they will tow my car to their own storage. They declined my claim and want me to pay for storage which was never even approved by me, it was their decision to move the car. if they had said to me if the claim is declined you will be liable for storage then I would have kept the car where it was.it is SHOCKING!! to see such companies that operating in this manner is south Africa. They don't treat customer very well, instead look for loopholes for not paying customer claims. All i want them to do now is to release my car and they need to pay for their storage. Their service is deteriorating and pathetic. Their agents are friendly and supportive can't take that away from them. Be Aware of this Insurance. Don't hide behind policies and provide good to long standing customer service and pay not look for loopholes.
