Bad service

I regret the day I decided to join PMD the experience I had with them it a nightmare I made a I got an Accident 28July and everything was submitted to them but each and every day I was the one asking about my claim meaning I was doing follow up my self it took them two week to give me a report from technician and still I was the who was pushing them by doing follow up everyday and on the 12 September 2023 I got a call that say my claim is rejected and I could have avoided the accident from happening and that time I'm hitted by a truck and that didn't stop at the intersection and I believe they didn't even bother to read the statement from accident report.and I don't even have a report of the damages of the car.I even have it in mind that the trucking company paid pmd for this
