Bad service

I had an accident on the 06 June 2015, reported to Prime meridian and received a claim number. I forwarded all necessary documentation they requested, the week after the accident I was called by the investigator and he kind of demanded me to leave at work and come to the accident site where we stayed about four hours, hurting as I was and also still traumatised. They even asked for my cell phone records to track my where abouts on that day, I'm still disturbed with that one. I have been waiting for Prime Meridian for a long time and when I call for a follow up, they tell me that they haven't received a reply from the insurer. I have been calling and emailing but I haven't receive a proper update from a person heading my case (Mmasechaba Moloi), and also I had separate plan for the
Road assist after the accident they told me if the claim is not successful I will be liable to pay storage and towing expenses after the accident they still debited the account till today. How can you live for such a long time without the car yet I never missed any premium?
