Bad service

My car got involved in an accident on the 31 May 2022 and it was written off. I called the Insurance right away to inform them of the accident and they even Towed my car to SMD Polokwane. They told me that the claim was going to take 10-15 days to be finalized, but since then, I have been awaiting with no progress. I always call them to make a follow up but they always tell me that my claim is still on the process and they are still busy with investigations. They sent an investigator couple of weeks ago to the accident spot, but when I called after a few days to check how far they are with the process, they always tell me that my claim was submitted to the decision. It's almost a month now, awaiting for my claim to be finalized. I'm very disappointed in PMD. I remember how I used to praise them for the outstanding service and also reffered a number of people to them, but now this!!!
