Bad ratings

i've been thinking of joining PMD, after going through all these ratings you have on hello peter i think i've just changed my mind. you company is full of negative reviews only. Is this something that you proud yourselves of? its so disappointing, you should really do something about this negative reviews. you do have a FEW good reviews yes but am sure they dot even count 2% of all reviews. it's very very disappointing to see how people are loyal and making their proper payments every month but they have to wait weeks/ months for their claim to even be validated and usually after such long waits they end up in rejections.
