Bad Insurer
I have sent a request to cancel my Policy with PMD, after the negative effect I had with them. On the 12 March 2012, I had the accident , the insurance claimed that I have skipped August 2023 premium via telephone then sent numerous of emails to them. Today when I want to cancel my policy they are refusing to cancel my Policy since I have informed them that I'm no longer working. This has affected which had lead to PSTD. This is Insurance has no empathy all they do is to take people's monies without being considerate of our feelings and well being.
