Bad experience

I was a PMD client for about 2 years I never missed a payment this year 2023 I had an attempted hijack I called them for help the lady ask my ID number I gave it to her while running in the bush she asked a million questions while I told her I'm In danger can she please send a tow truck or just some sort of help I told her I cannot answer all the questions because the man who is chasing me has a gun and the light of my phone shows him my location then she just told me to call the police that was it I feel ****** by them for 2 years I paid without fail and all I was told is to call the police all I can say thank u Lord because God send me help when my insurance fail me I lodged my complaint they didn't take it seriously I canceled my insurance with them bad bad service thank God my 4 year old daughter was not with me if it was not for God I was going to be in a grave today.PMD services is bad
