Bad customer service
PMD CLAIMS I have a bad experience with PMD Claims department, they approved my claim and referred me to a repairer, and the repairer sent them additionals, they declined those additionals, and I requested to speak with the manager several times, consultants give you excuses and saying they will make a follow up but they don't call you back as per your request. My vehicle is in for minor repairs but its now taking for ever. This is not the service I'm paying for PMD.
