Bad Company
Good I would like to let everyone know that Prime Meridian Direct is a bad company. I had the worst experience of my life with them.
I urge clients not to use them. I was involved in an accident. The insurer did not want to payout. My car was taken into storage and at the warehouse the people there were refusing with my car, saying I need to pay R40 000 for me to release my car. Evil people out here.

01 Sept 2020, 09:38Dear Letlhogonolo N,
Thank you for taking the time to raise your discontent regarding the outcome of your claim and the towing fees you need to pay to have your car released to you.
We note that the decision on your claim was because the accident was caused due to the rules of the road not being followed. All policyholders are obliged to maintain a strict application of our policy terms and conditions as well as the rules of the road to ensure claims are approved. It is further essential to note that when policyholders do not collect their vehicles following a rejected claim within a reasonable time, the storage facility will continue to charge daily storage rates.
Our Market Conduct Department assures us that they have already been in contact with and will provide you with a further detailed explanation regarding your matter.
Unlike with many other insurers, with PMD the excess payable when you claim under comprehensive cover reduces to absolute zero - and in a remarkably short period of time.
Kind regards,
The PMD Team
