Bad client service

Never make the mistake that I made of insuring your car with PMD. I am having the worst regret of my life. Poor service, lack of communication, poor decision making and everything negative goes hand in and with this insurance.

Firstly, I have full comprehensive cover with PMD and my accident happened on the 23rd of May 2022, today is the 22nd of August 2022 and my car is not even close to being fixed. I went to check the progress last week only to find that it has been stripped, the car is badly damaged and I do not understand why they agreed to fix the car. It is in a very bad state. I requested that they review the matter because as much as they are saying it will be fixed, it's going to be a cut and join and I am not planning on staying with this car for the rest of my life, what is going to happen when the time to trade it in arrives? Which car dealership is going to agree on buying the car from me after the damage from the accident? They are telling me that the only way they can deem it a write off is if the cost of the vehicle is 80% of the car value and that the cost is currently 60%. The only reason why it's on 60% was because when they received the quote, they went back and asked for a discount and the repairer agreed to the discount. Had it not been the discount, the cost would have been around 80% which only means that the car was initially a write off and they negotiated with the repairer. Now in this case where I have been without a car for the past 3 months and we are heading to the 4th and the parts will only arrive by the end of September, who must be liable for my car installments? Car installments of the car I am not using? Who must be liable for the insurance of the car I am not using? ME???? I am not happpy with the service I have been receiving since the accident happened and I would not recommend that anyone takes a chance and insure their car with this company. Very very very poor service!!! You don't even deserve 1 star.
