Bad bad services from PMD

Im a client with PMD for more then 2 years 3 cars is insured with them but with one car PMD is just there for nothing ... in 2023 my policy change twice dont know why . But back to the car i pay R612 a month for a Suzuki celario R14600 for two years no claim last year someone put brake fluit on the car PMD say sorry not gonna help. Well i fix it out of my own pocket R7000 .. now on the 14 November 2023 my mom was driving the car a truck transporting bricks was infront her and with this when she past the truck a brick fell on the windscreen its now the 17 November 2023 and after several calls and emails they waiting for a final decision. What the HELL the car stand not driving it and the R14600 is for what now ... its like PMD says "" look just pay and we not gonna help you"" i dont understand whats going on or do PMD thinks this is a insurance *****... please step up
