Aweful service received during a claim

If u do not live in or near Metro Cities, do not even bother to take out insurance with Prime. In the event that u have a claim, their service providers are only based in and around large metro cities. Smaller and rural towns are being treated as non-existant. One should think that they will be as eager to provide a service for which u are paying for every month. But when it comes to delivering that service, it becomes your, as customer's fault/problem if u dont live in a metro. Alternative solutions are not explained and the customer is left to run back and forth trying to sort out the mess by themselves.

Some of the call agents are plain rude and have NO empathy for the trauma u still busy dealing with after an incident. They have all funny clauses which are not explained when u sign up, promises are made and never kept.....in short, to save yourself heartache and frustration, stay away from Prime. Its not worth the trauma u gonna have to deal with when u have a claim. Not even the claim managers bother to call u back when lodging an official complaint.
