Avoid My Mistake. I have had a draining experience with Prime Meridian Direct

I would advise against joining Prime Meridian Direct. They make use of useless panelbeaters and suppliers which prolong the process of getting your car fixed. I was involved in an accident where another vehicle crashed in to me. They give you an expected time for tasks to be done such as investigation and approvals but they always take more than the promised time. They dont communicate the progress and just give you a draining and dissapointing experience. You have to call and follow up with them all the time. My vehicle was in a small accident before from the front and they now refuse to fix the damage on the side where i had the accident as they claim it was from an accident before but coinncidently the damage is on the side where the impact was from. My vehicle is not a pleasure to drive and I could have never used this vehicle in the state that it is for the past two years. They do not call back or follow up your complaints and you will always speak to someone different. The panel beaters they chose was horrific in the process of communicating and they did not want to include the busrt tyre in the quote this means that they believe that i was driving the vehicle with a flat tyre. They insist on using their supplier for parts which takes even longer to repair if their supplier does not have any parts. While my vehicle was at their chosen storage and with their chosen panelbeater they continue to debit your account. This explains why they are so cheap.
