My text was short on my query. no one is doing their job without you constantly calling if you dont call nothing happens. after waiting for almost 2 months now and given and eta date of 29 May that i will be getting my car, today is the 27th no one called to update me of any changes, delay and whatsoever. i then had to call today only to find out that there are other parts that are now magically missing, literally no one updated of such, worse part Tsholofelo only called the panel beaters while i was on call holding for her then Chantel or Charmain hang up my call, to show that for prime stuff to do their work you have to follow them, i literally had to call or complain for my claim to move since from day 1. worse part of it i would directly call the panel beaters then call prime only to find complete opposite information. i don't wanna go to how long did it take them to locate my payment which i used correct references and everything, guess what for them to notice that no action has been made on my payment it was during my follow up call that is prime for you. honestly i regret everyday choosing this tuck shop too quick to debit 0 service to fast to increase premiums.. its always story after story

Hello Mpho A,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all input as it helps us improve and better serve our clients.

At Prime, we pride ourselves in clear and transparent communication and making sure our clients are always informed of the progression of repairs on their cars. We are truly sorry that in this rare occurence that we have fell short of that standard, as this is not the level of service we strive for.

After considering the matter, we can confirm that the repairer has confirmed that the final parts have been ordered and that the estimated completion date for repairs has been set for within this week. We will be sure to let you know of any unforeseen changes well in advance should this occur, as the availability of parts from suppliers are unfortunately not within our or the repairer's control.

Our Market Conduct team has been alerted and is already in contact with you to provide further clarity. As part of this, we will ensure you receive clear, consistent communication until your claim is fully finalised.

Rest assured, our nationwide network of SAMBRA-approved repairers is committed to delivering high-quality repairs, ensuring your car is restored to its pre-incident condition.

Committed to resolving your concern with care.

Kind Regards,
The Prime SA Team
