Approved Claim but No Courtesy Car – Unacceptable!

Good day,

I have an issue regarding my claim with PMD. My claim has been approved, but I’ve been informed that I won’t be provided with a courtesy car. Instead, I’ve been offered a travel allowance which i do not need . Unfortunately, I work in an area where there is no available public transport, and without a vehicle and i work awkward hours , I’m unable to commute or carry out my responsibilities effectively.

I urgently require a car and kindly request that this matter be reconsidered.
