AOL Settlement and PayOut
It actually saddens me to have to write this review, as the service was always impeccable. I guess until they have to action that changes. I have submitted my claim on the 6th December and to date - 3 months later I am still being told different truths and promises. Prime's lack of service and urgency has financially cost me , and everyday I get told a different story. My AOL payout was loaded for release on Friday 6th Feb. ( 21 days after documents were signed and sent by the way) and today 9th Feb not me nor my finance house has received said payments. I have never heard of a claim taking 3 months to be settled despite numerous requests, follow ups and pleads. It is shocking.
