AN INSURANCE ***** SCHEME BY PRIME MERIDIAN DIRECT!!! BEWARE!!!

<p>I met an accident on the 23rd of June 2017, wherein another driver collided with my vehicle, as a result my vehicle was written off, at least according to the assessor from Prime Meridian. I was accused of deliberately involving myself in the accident so my vehicle could be written off. I was subjected to a gruelling experience by Donovan Olivier, the ********* who acts for the company. I had to sign away my right to privacy by sufficing them with authority to inspect my cellphone records as to whether I did not conspire in the accident that I met.</p> <p> </p> <p>When Prime Meridian had done all their investigations, they reverted and claimed that my vehicle was no longer a write-off, as stated by their assessor. My vehicle is a Renault Authentique and insured as such, the assessor also assessed the vehicle as such. When the ********* company realised that they have no other option but to settle my matter. They resolved into acting as if my vehicle is an Expression so the trade value in which I am insured for would be high, leading to the averment that the vehicle is then no a write-off, therefore I should settle for the savings that I have obtained over the past years while insured with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ********* behaviour which is not acceptable in the industry that deals with monies and I will go to all lengths to report the matter with the Financial Services Board. This is ********** action by the insurer which is not allowable in the Financial Sector and worthy of suspension of the *********'s licence as well as debarring Donovan Olivier from ever acting as a representative of the insurer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to alert all the clients, prospective clients and partners associated with Prime Meridian of their conduct. I will further inform Santam of this behaviour if it should be imputed to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not going to settle on the lower amount as I am rightfully entitled to having the vehicle being written off and will thus fight this matter to finality.</p>
