An Efficient and Effective PMD

Despite the numerous complaints about PMD, I would like to reiterate that they do indeed offer a quality product with benefits that indeed put their clients at ease.

Whilst we are quick to pass on judgement and express our unhappiness at the quality of a service or product we receive from PMD, I would like to emphasize that it is imperative to fami****ize and educate yourself on the terms and conditions of whichever product you take from PMD. This will ensure that you do not contravene any of the clauses in the company's and policy's T's & C's.

With that being said, I would like to commend PMD on their efficiency in dealing with my claim, and their constant means of communication throughout the claim process albeit through sms or calls. They were very empathetic about the whole accident, which provides a sense of consolation for the client.
