Alicia Greyling an effective person

Alicia Greyling was assigned to oversee my car accident claim and she's been very effective, proactive but most importantly very professional. She provided regular updates (at least two per week) on developments regarding my claim. I was very impressed with her competence throughout and outstanding excellence should be commended and celebrated by all.
