After being hijacked, assault and hospitalised for 10 days, being with the insurance for almost 5 years this December Never claimed anything apart from a windscreen and once a year road side assistance or nothing for the whole year
After being hijacked, assault and hospitalised for 10 days, being with the insurance for almost 5 years this December Never claimed anything apart from a windscreen and once a year road side assistance or nothing for the whole year. Am now without a car since 1 September till to today claimed approved but am sure will spend December without a car for the windscreen and a broken key in the alternate 😞 yet they debit my account every month debit order had never ever declined since 2020 till today with Prime, Only a lady by the name of Buhle was very helpful able to promised and come back and deliver, she is getting a 5 start for her service how I wish the company can learn from her
