Actually I wanted to tell a story about my Defy washing machine I bought it January this year and now recently it gave me problems with draining water from the drying side so I called the customer care and they didn't give me any hustle then they fixed it without any problems and I didn't even know where my receipt with me. Now I want to buy a Defy microwave because wow their service was so great
