Accident claim

If i could give lessthan 0 stars I would, the worst accident claim ever. I dont even know where to start but if you want to save yourself from heartache and stress then do not join Prime. The night of my accident i asked if everything towing and storage while they do claim asessment would be covered by the insurance and they said yes. Now I am being told that if the claim is not approved then costs will be on me and they telling me about Ts & Cs. Start by employing qualified technicians so they can answer such questions truthfully so we can avoid going to the Ts & Cs. I regret the day I took your call for an insurance quote. And we are now on to 3rd week with just the investigations and claim process with no verdict or judgement provided.

While we note that the validation process may take a little longer than expected, it is also true that more investigative work may be required for certain claims before we can reach a fair outcome.

A review of your claim confirms that an expert has been appointed to visit the accident scene and provide us with an expert report.

Kindly note that as a service to our clients, we have arrangements with our service providers to assist with the towing and cost-free safekeeping of our clients' vehicles during the claim validation. However, where a claim is not successful, the towing fees are not covered under your policy.

It will no doubt reassure you that Prime SA offers a 24-month fixed premium guarantee on all claim-free policies!
