accident claim

I was involved in a car accident on the 22 of May 2015 and on the 26 of May I reported my accident to prime meridian and they send me claim forms and ask me for the accident report. I got the accident report and I filled in the claim forms and faxed them back together with the claim forms. The I received a call from a lady by the name of Ulicia Govendor who confirmed that they received my claim and she is the one who will be dealing with my claim. Ulicia futher ask me to go and look for the penal beater of my own and I did that. Ulicia even told me that I shouldn't do anything to my car till they finish with their investigation. I did all that they asked me to do but still nothing is happening on their side Ulicia keeps on telling me that they a waiting gor final decision but my question is how long am I going to wait for that final decision. I am not happy at all with prime meridian.
