Access money doubled when I claim

They can't keep their promises. My acces was said to be R5k when I took insurance with them. Nothing has changed since I took the policy my side. Now that I'm in an accident they double the access to R11,4k due to the fact that couldn't take a picture of the animal I've struck ( an animal I've struck didn't die), secondly they can't retrieve data from my tracking company and I provided them with all login details. Looking at the damages this is as good as fixing it myself!!!
