absolutely pathetic
<p>i was involved in a 3 car accident where your client drove into a stationery car who in turn drove into me - also stationery on the 19th of JANUARY. now you guys dont want to settle with my insurance company so now i dont get my excess back. IT WAS YOUR CLIENTS FAULT!!!!! this is absolutely PATHETIC on you.</p>
