Absolute bull***! Useless!
<p>PMD has no regard for their customers, it doesn't keep its end of the deal when you are in problems. There are way better insurance companies in South Africa. 2 months later and my car is still not fixed. I profusely regret ever insuring with these people. #IncompetenceOnFleek</p>

We are quite surprised to learn of your concern as your claim was approved on 09 September just a month after receiving it.
Our claims department has experienced difficulty in reaching you to communicate the outcome of your claim however we do hope to reach you soon.
You will nonetheless be pleased to know that despite your recent claim your premiums will remain fixed, as promised, and you no doubt enjoyed not having to pay any excess when you claimed.

A month too late!
I had to fight with you before any action was taken and that is unacceptable. And that "approval" you gave me is totally unfair and unreasonable. Hence I repeat that I regret ever insuring my vehicle with you people. Me along with most people who write reviews about PMD.
Get your house in order and do your jobs properly. Either you do that or save everybody's time and money and close shop.
