This morning, around 07:20, I was involved in a minor incident on my commute to work, resulting in damage to two of my front tires. Fortunately, with the assistance of a friend, I was able to replace them.

Upon my arrival at work at 08:31, I initiated a claim with Prime, providing all necessary information and submitting the required documents. To my utmost satisfaction, the claim was approved by 10:40, with payment pending for the tire replacement.

I am truly impressed by the remarkable efficiency and the outstanding kindness demonstrated by your consultant. Although I was unable to record her name at the time due to the preceding stress, her patience and empathetic approach were truly commendable.
