A lady called, Amanda Ndlovu
A lady called, Amanda Ndlovu. She was so professional. I never give telecommuters a chance to talk to me, I usually hang up, this 1 was so polite, professional and patient. Not only did she manage to convince me to switch the insurance, but gained my trust as a customer. Definitely going to recommend pmd to other people.
