A huge thank you to PMD for the professional service that I have received from the moment I have contacted them about the claim, until my vehicle was fixed. I am happy to be associated with an insurer who kept me updated every step of the way, as it signifies to me that they take a personal interest in the well-being of their clients. They even accommodated my request for a panelbeater closer to where I stay instead of the one that they have initially identified who was however out of my way. Having your car damaged due to crime is already upsetting, you don't need further aggravation from your insurance company and I can honestly state that I only had a positive experience in my dealings with PMD.
