***; ***

Yesterday PMD just assumed i am walking around with ****** car keys in my pocket and sent Courier It to collect. I turned the courier away and sent an email to advise the keys will be ready for collection today; and now they inform me that i need to pay for courier charges becuase courier is making a 2nd trip...... But there was no arrangements made with me in the first place. An sms doe not count. No one looks at their phones whilst at the office. I asked to escalate the call and i would like to speak to someone higher up, they put me through the supervisor "Mpho" this guy comes on and says "i cannot change the terms and conditions"

Bottom line, just collect your keys and deregistration certificate from me and payout my claim in full and let us part our ways!

....I am more than a month without a car, since my vehicle was ******. PMD had all the necessary documents on time that was requested telephonically when i reported the theft. Ever since then PMD has provide thee worst customer service possible. Their call centre agents have a trained set of responses, its like talking to a computer who cant think outside the box. The agents are unable to provide the updates required neither are they able to transfer me to the person holding up the process, Legal dept or other. In order to fast track the process i settled the bank so that i could get finance approved for a new vehicle, and because of this PMD refused to assist with deregistration of the vehicle which service they would normally provide. They have been so unhelpful knowing i have been car-less for so long.

The policy has nothing to do with the latest issue, regarding payment to the courier which your agents and supervisor insisted i needed to pay. Why do i need to pay this??? Your agent made arrangements for the courier to collect my ****** car keys fom me, without any prior confirmation that they were on hand. It is nonsensical to assume that i am just walking around at work with a ****** car's keys in my pocket. Based on simple ethics, PMD didnt make proper arrangements with me prior to sending the courier, therefore i should not be billed for their 2nd trip to collect. Its as though PMD is just trying to ****** money from me now that money is due to me, and thats not fair.

I have sent the keys and deregistration form, i have also sent through the proof of collection to your team via email, SO PLEASE RELEASE MY CLAIM PAYOUT SO THAT WE CAN PART WAYS,
