I received excellent service from the lady who assisted me with my car insurance today. I unfortunately forgot her name. She explained everything word for word in a way I could easily understand, was extremely patient and professional, and took her time to answer all my questions. No rushing at all. It's rare to get such clear and helpful service, I must say she was professional and friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for making the process so easy
