Thank you for taking the time to raise your concern with us.
We strive to investigate and finalise claims in the shortest possible timeframes as this is beneficial to both our policyholders and ourselves.
As you will recall, we initially experienced a considerable delay in obtaining the necessary consent documentation from you. Your claim also involved a third party and for our mutual protection we were obliged to obtain comprehensive details of the accident from that source as well.
We are however, pleased to hear that you have in fact received confirmation that your claim was approved some while ago.
Assuring you of our continued best endeavours on your behalf.
Kind Regards,
The PMD Team
