30 Days after submitting all documents to get an answer on a claim?
Prime 3rd party team have been giving me the run around since 31st January. I submitted all the documents they needed on the 3rd of Feb, and they just keep telling me they don't have a resolution for me. A client of Prime, ignored the rules of the road and drove into me, I have spent days getting all the documents and quotes together for them to repair my vehicle and they just tell me today, that I need to wait A Further 30 days to hear when I will get my vehicle repaired.
All the way through the process, I was told 7 days and I would get a reply, and now the tune changes.

18 Feb 2025, 13:48I tried to call Prime now, to get a status update on the progress, and a lady just tells me "Did you not see our email saying wait 30 days before contacting us again, thank you goodbye"

06 May 2025, 13:50Just an update, I finally got a settlement offer.
I have to pay 30% of their repair costs,
And then I get 70% of my repair costs covered.
From 30th Jan we sent all our docs in by 3rd Feb, it took until 6th May to get a settlement offer,
And payment will be within 14 days they said, so by 30th May I should be able to get my car repaired.
