2014 october claim but no outcomes

I'm a very patient person but write now I am not happy, I had never been stressed soo much in my life, its even hard that I'm stressed by people who just don't give a damn about my mental health. I provided my insurer with every documents they need but still I'm here waiting and waitng yet my car was writen off. Is it because I'm black no body cares? I hate I hate the fact that now I sleep with valium because of insurance I choose whch was promicing to serve and deliver. A week ago they told me my claim is waiting decision by supervisor and yesterday they tell me there's a meeting concern claim decision but up to now no feedback.
