2 months claim still, not resolved
<p>I got involved in an accident 2 moths back and my car was left with a broken bumper and damaged number plate. I logged a claim with prime meridian car insurance. I was given a 30 day turn around time by Raksha Ramrathan, who is the consultant in had been transfered to by numerous other consultants. My claim never gets worked on untill I call Raksha who always tells me that she is too busy working on other claims, and my claim will be moved to the top of the list which never happens. We are now approaching a 3rd month I am driving around with a broken bumper which I fear will worsen. .. prime meridian car insurance debits the premium every month without fail and yet the claims never get resolved. I really frustrated and need an urgent resolution to this matter. Please help.</p>
