10 weeks of investigation ( PMD is the worst insurance ever)

<div>PMD is the worst insurance ever. I had an accident on the 15 July 2023 and reported it on the 17 July 2023 and summited all the things required. they took 51days to investigate and in their investigation I realized they did not even go to the sites or try to do physical investigation but ended up rejecting my claim basing their research on google map.

one of the reason they rejected me for is because I was not at Marikana because according to google map Marikana is at north west n on that day of the accident I was at Gauteng. guys how many Marikana's do we have? I believe they just needed a reason to reject my claim and just take any now I complained and they keep on asking for extensions to finalize their investigations like the 51 days they took was not enough.is been 10 weeks without a car and I was paying insurance for 3 years without skipping a month and is my first time claiming insurance and submitted all the documents required.

they don't even call and will send you SMS promising to call and not call. I am financial drowning and about to lose my job because of this company.</div>
