Very bad service

1 star is too much.Worst experiece with this insurer after 4 years of paying my premuims faithfully and this is my first claim.They are refusing to approve suspension repair on my car enven though the car is not driverable as per the panel beater.My car was hit on the right side wheel which caused the problem with the suspension.My car has been with psnel beater since 21 July 2026 and nothing has been done till today 18August almost a month later.
