One pair received and a refund received for the 2nd pair

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my son towards the end of December. I received one pair in January, followed up with an email and they responded asking details of my order which I provided. They further responded apologizing that they were unable to deliver a second pair as promised. They refunded me for the pair they couldn’t supply and I’m happy that they were honest with me.
