BIG ****.

I ordered a pair of sneakers two weeks before Christmas 2021 and I have still not received them. They have a legit website and payment method but it is all a ****. After numerous messages of me asking for my delivery number and date of delivery which they SAY they will email to you has never ever been sent to me. I have messaged many times and there is now no response at all. This person replies to your watsapp messages and reassures that you will receive them etc. but to this day, they are now ignoring me. They even have an Instagram if 12k followers (which are probably bought) but no posts.

At the end of December 2021 they closed their website down for a period until the new year and I assume this won’t be opened again after all the ****s they have run throughout the festive season.

It seems they operate from their home in this ****. DO NOT buy from them, you will never receive your sneakers.

Delivery takes between 3-10 business days depending on the area you are in. Due to it being the festive season, deliveries may take longer to arrive. Thank you for your patience.

Hi there, sorry to bother again. I just want to follow up with my order. I am worried they won’t arrive by Christmas and I haven’t received any email as of yet with tracking or details on delivery… is there any way you can check from your side and let me know? Or get and email sent to me?

Hi. Any update ? Please can I request that you let me know if the courier has my order of if it’s still with you ? It’s been 10 days now. I haven’t even recieved a confirmation of delivery from you guys via email and now it’s getting really frustrating. As a customer I would like to have the reassurance as to where my package is. So I request some from of that today please. I order in time for it to arrive before Christmas and now that is not happening. This is disappointing. Hello. Please can I get a response from you??? This is ****** ridiculous I request an immediate response on my delivery of the shoes. I am going to take this further if I do not receive these shoes this week.
