Wrongfully withholding my deposit.

A month later and I am still waiting for my electricity and water deposit to be refunded. They have no reason to withhold it and they are in breach of the very lease agreement that they made. They are sending fresh pillar to post, ignoring my calls and not responding to any of my emails. Their agent has made many promises to get that sorted out but hasn’t done anything. I have lodged a complaint at the Rental Housing Tribunal now. I didn’t expect to fight to get my deposit when I gave them the money on time.
