81C Long Beach, 14 Marine Drive, rented via Prime Property, extremely unprofessional service from Charmaine Herbert and Sereshin Moodley. Inspection report withheld, dead insects in the house on moving in, place also infested with live ****roaches, disused refridgerator left behind in laundry. When asked to come in for a joint inspection as was stated on the lease, Charmaine also provided us with the wonderful courtesy of rolling her eyes at us while we were detailing the many issues that needed fixing. Faeces found in the toilet as well. Zero interest in property maintenance, do yourself a favour and do not ever rent from these people.
