Deposit not returned

Prime Property Umhlanga branch have not paid our deposit back after 6 months of vacating the unit. We have send several emails and our emails were ignored and calls not answered. I flew down from Johannesburg to their offices only to be told that they are waiting for the next tenant to pay their rental before paying us back our deposit. We were initially told that the owner is overseas.

They are ********* and have ******* business practices and take advantage of their tenants.
